Essential Guest Policies
Cancellation & Refunds
Standard bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a one-night fee.
Payment & Deposits
A valid credit card is required at booking. A security deposit of $100 per night is held upon check-in for incidental charges.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and fees.
ID & Age Requirements
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all registered guests.
Privacy & Housekeeping
We respect your space and your data. Your personal information is used solely to facilitate your stay and is never shared with third parties for marketing without your explicit consent.
Housekeeping is provided daily between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. We offer a 'Green Choice' program where you can opt-out of daily linen changes to help us conserve water and energy.
